Departmental referral program: solution for unique requirements

A corporate employee referral program may not work for a given department or a team. It happens when the candidate requirements, the recruiting strategy, or even the referrers are very different from the rest of the organization. Consider, for example, the AI/ML department in a delivery company. Creating a separate referral program is usually not an option.
